so he actuallie has no citizenship and his country's currency was worthless.
his destination was the united states but now hes confined to the airport which is the international borders.
he cant set foot beyond the doors of the airport which meant stepping onto the american soil.
so its like abt his 'life' while being confined in the airport and wait until the new government in his country contacts US and gets like i tink visa so dat their ppl are actuallie granted the rights to visit US or smthng likedat.

im not very sure abt this kinda stuffs.
but this poor guy has poor english so hes trying hard to understand the stuffs and how to 'survive' in the airport.
