For every mistake one make, it's like a streak of black marker across the paper.
To cover it up, one has to do many more good deeds, which is in colourful streaks. As it is difficult to cover up a black streak drawn from a black marker.

It's just some understanding I've got from shows that I've watched.
I really like shows which let me feel that I've learnt something about it. Such that I can re-watch it without feeling bored.

But the way they joke around with me, I know they don't take me seriously.
And to be honest, I wonder who take me seriously.
I have suggestions to make. I have comments to give. But to them, I am still a new staff and therefore, I am not familiar enough to give suggestions and comments.
What I wish to say is, you are wrong.
In merely one month's time, or even lesser, I have found so many problems which should be dealt with seriously and properly.
I wish for a platform to voice out how I truly feel. I really feel like going straight to the Director and tell him. Tell him what's wrong. Tell him what should be corrected.
I know, our hotel places a lot of emphasis on the welfare of our employees. Regarding whether they are happy working in our hotel or not.
But sad to say, only the management level emphasizes this importance. Those who have positions closer to our employees don't.
Wrote a suggestion on a paper and passed it to Daniel. I wonder what he will think. :/
